A fun, simple and actually affordable DIY Halloween garland that will add together some fun to your Halloween decor! This Spooky Halloween Banner is my new fave Halloween decoration.

2 sheets of white or cream colored paper

Instructions for Spooky Halloween Banner

Footstep ane:

Using i of the black sheets of paper, cutting out the word "Chilling". Remember that if you want to apply other phrases like "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" or "Play a joke on OR TREAT" y'all will need more than paper. If you cannot cutting it free hand, there is a printable below that yous can use as a stencil.

Stride 2:

Glue the blackness messages onto one of the orange sheets of paper. Press down and allow dry. In one case dry, cutting the letters leaving an orange outline of each alphabetic character.

Footstep three:

Have the black letters with the orange outline and glue onto the white or cream colored paper. Press downwards and let dry. Once dried, cutting the messages leaving a white/cream outline of each letter (same as you did in pace two).

Step 4:

Using the decorated craft paper, cutting out vi pennants. Y'all can use a different paper design for each alphabetic character or you can use the aforementioned paper design for all. That's upwardly to you lot! I had 4 different sheets and used some twice.

Step five:

Glue the letters onto the pennants. Printing down and let dry.

Step 6 (picture7):

Now we want to double-layer the pennants. Take each of the half-dozen pennants and mucilage onto the remaining black, orange and white/cream sheets. Press downward and allow dry. Cutting the pennants leaving an outline of the 2nd layer of paper.

Step vii (picture8 and 9):

Hole punch the top of the pennants. Two holes virtually 1.v inches autonomously. Run the yarn through the holes and y'all are all set! Layering paper is a great way to brand your garland wait actually overnice and expensive without really breaking the bank. Enjoy!!!
